Islamabad: Awareness Foundation Media Cell on Monday announced that the organization will start the country-wide plantation campaign on 6th March.
Under this, a special campaign for tree plantation will be carried out in 20+ major cities of Pakistan. Plants which are suitable to the soil and environment will be planted. This campaign will not only increase the green cover of Pakistan but will also prove to be the foundation for curbing the problem of pollution in future.
Famous journalists of the country, showbiz personalities, actors, athletes, religious scholars and people from all walks of life will be made a part of this campaign.
